Riley Grasch has been practicing yoga since she was a few months old as she mastered happy baby and easy pose. She has worked for Theoga for seven years. She specializes in balancing poses, but has benefited from three part breathing and meditation. As a teacher in training she has worked with children of all ages and has also practiced yoga with adults. She always practices with a smile and is always excited to teach the Union of yoga....the mind, the body and the breath.
